Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Personalized, custom-made, and print-on-demand items are non-refundable.

VeraDigitalGains Trends will usually a refund, resend, or return option if:

The product arrives damaged.

The product is lost in transit.

The wrong item was shipped.

There is a significant quality issue.

The package is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery period (depending on the shipping method).

VeraDigitalGains Trends generally does NOT accept returns if:

The customer simply changes their mind.

The customer orders the wrong size, color, or style.

The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

The tracking shows the package was successfully delivered.
